Domestic Shipping (India)

All orders are dispatched via reputed courier partners with tracking. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Custom and made-to-measure pieces have a production lead time of 3–6 weeks from confirmed order, followed by dispatch.

International Orders

International shipping is available on request. Please enquire via WhatsApp or the contact form with your location so we can advise on shipping costs and timelines before confirming your order.

Garment Care

Each garment ships with a care card specific to the fabric used. General guidance:

• ◈Dry clean or gentle hand-wash unless stated otherwise on the care card.
• ◈Avoid machine washing embellished, silk, or heavily structured pieces.
• ◈Store in the garment bag provided, away from direct sunlight.
• ◈Steam rather than iron where possible to preserve fabric drape.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-wear seasonal pieces may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

Made-to-measure and custom orders are non-returnable by nature. However, alterations are included — if the fit is not perfect, we will make it right.
