Custom Order Terms

The Process

All custom orders begin with a consultation — in person at the Panchkula studio or remotely via WhatsApp. An order is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on design, fabric, and timeline, and receipt of an advance payment.

Lead Times

Standard custom orders require 3–6 weeks from confirmed order to delivery. Complex pieces, bridal wear, or orders requiring fabric sourcing may take longer. You will be given a realistic timeline at consultation.

Rush orders may be accommodated depending on current studio capacity and carry an additional charge. Please enquire in advance.

Payment

A 50% advance is required to confirm a custom order. The remaining balance is due on completion, before dispatch or pickup. Payment details are shared at confirmation.

Fittings & Alterations

A minimum of one fitting session is included for all custom orders. Minor alterations post-delivery are included at no extra charge within 15 days of receipt, provided measurements have not changed.

Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once fabric has been cut. If cancellation is requested before fabric cutting, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers the consultation and design time already invested.

In the unlikely event we are unable to complete your order, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

Returns

Made-to-measure and custom-order garments are not eligible for returns, as they are produced specifically to your measurements and specifications. We stand fully behind the quality of our work and will address any genuine quality concerns directly.
